European Timberframe Corp. was the first to respond within the day. We met with them the next day and the following day they already had 3D drawings of what we had been dreaming of would look like. They had their price to us the next day. This was all before the other two contractors even called us back. Their detailed estimate was exactly where we wanted the costs to be. I then toured some of their completed jobs and met with their clients. Every single person gave glowing remarks about them. It was at this point that we decided that there would be no reason to pursue additional contractors.
